The AE (All Mountain & Enduro) frame was developed to meet the expectations of gravity riders, to attack downhill freely and to gain outstanding acceleration in corners. It was developed and refined over two years in the Asian enduro racing scene.
The geometry is suitable for high speed ranges, and the shock absorption of titanium gives it the ability to ride like a full suspension bike. At the same time, it is a lightweight and trouble-free hardtail bike, so you can enjoy mountain roads, including climbs, to your heart's content.
The design incorporates the opinions of racers down to the smallest details, with attention paid to even the subtle positioning of small wires.
The strongest gravity diameter hardtail
29” semi-fat tire compatible
29-inch tires have become the standard in the racing scene due to their rolling ability and grip. Pairing them with thicker 29-inch tires up to 2.8 inches wide ensures sufficient frame clearance. This is a big advantage in racing. Also, if the tire is 27.5 inches, it can accommodate up to 3.0. You can set up to aim for better handling by going down an inch and improved cushioning with wider tires.
3AL-2.5V Ti tubing
The frame is made of titanium alloy tubes, which are shock absorbing and lightweight. The beautiful unpainted frame will not rust like iron and can be said to last a lifetime. The chain stays and chain stay yokes are made extra thick based on the soft characteristics of titanium. This optimizes responsiveness to pushing when cornering.
VBS: Vertical Bottom Bracket System
The biggest feature of the AE is the VBS (Vertical Bottom Bracket System), which allows the bottom bracket to be moved vertically. With VBS, the BB drop can be set to any position between -80mm and -40mm in 5mm increments by replacing shims. This is a unique MONORAL structure that allows the BB drop to be optimized according to changes in tire diameter such as 29 ←→ 27.5 inches, or according to the rider's preference. With VBS, the BB drop, which is the key to the riding feel, can be adjusted and optimized to suit the tire being used.

Tires up to 27.5 x 3.0″ / 29 x 2.8
The geometry is designed to balance riding stability on downhill gradients and ease of handling in corners. The rear center is designed to provide lateral rigidity while utilizing shock absorption.
タイヤクリアランス

Tire clearance is up to 27.5 x 3.0" (tire width up to 75mm) or 29 x 2.8" (tire outer diameter 750mm). *Depending on the rim width, the actual width of the tire and the shape of the side blocks may cause interference with the frame. The diagram on the left shows the maximum dimensions.
The chainring is compatible with up to 34T, which is effective for descending. The clearance between the chainring and the chainstay yoke changes depending on the fixed position of the BB. It is closest when it is at the top position, and in that state 34T is the maximum.
