AE, All-mountain & Enduro, was designed for gravity riders who pursuit to aggressive downhill and  cornering. 2 years experiences in Asian Enduro Series made this possible.

With the geometry riders can control the bike in high speed and the titanium frame makes it so maneuverable for the flexibility and shock absorption like full-sus bikes. Also it’s light-weight and trouble free hardtail bike so you enjoy long  trail riding with a lot of hill climb.

A bunch of requests from the test riders were taken into account. So the details like bosses for wire mounting and water bottle are well placed.

>29er semi-fat compatible clearance

For its reduced rolling resistance and excellent grip 29er is the norm in race scene nowadays. The frame takes up to 2.8 inch 29er tires with good tire clearances. It gives you a huge advantage. It also takes 3.0 x 27.5 tires. With the smaller tires you are able to enjoy more controllable riding with cushier tire setting.

>VBS: Vertical Bottom bracket System

The most notable feature of AE is VBS(Vertical Bottom bracket System) with which you can adjust the BB height as you like!
With the system BB drop can be set between -80mm to -40mm by 5mm with shims. It is the very unique system of MONORAL BIKES which gives you an option when you switch wheels 29er to 27.5 or vice versa or just according to your preference. It optimizes your riding when changing tire sizes or just changing BB drop for your most favorite riding style.

>3AL-2.5V Ti tubing

The material is well known for shock absorbing and light weight. The beautiful unpainted frame is resistant to rust so it’s your life time bike! The characteristic of titanium is flexy so the chain stay and the york are made so thick for good response and acceleration in cornering.

>Dropper seat post compatible

The cable enters in under the seat tube. The shift outer cable goes through cable bosses on the frame for clean look and preventing zip tie from damage.

>BOOST

Rear drop out is 148 for installing durable wheel.

>44mm straight head tube

The most common 44mm straight head tube is used for easy maintenance with gusset for the maximum strength.

GEOMETRY

・Tire 27.5 x 3.0 “/ 29 x 2.6”

The geometry is well designed for both the stability in downhill and the control in cornering. The rear triangle is cushy enough to absorb shock but still has lateral rigidity.

TIRE CLEARANCE

The tire clearance is up to 27.5 x 3.0(75mm tire width) or 29er x 2.8(750mm diameter) * depending on width of a rim you use and tire side nob shape.

Some tires with bigger side nob may cause a touch. The pic on the left shows the maximum size. 

The frame takes a 34t chain ring which is advantageous for downhill. BB position changes clearance of tires and york /chain stay. BB in the highest position makes the narrowest clearance in which 34t ring can still fit.

VBS- Vertical BB System

With 5mm and 10mm shims, the BB can be altered vertically by 5mm. BB is attached with a frame but you can also use other Twist Fit BB (Regular PF30 without thread CANNOT be used for lack of rigidity). The width of BB shell is 68mm but actual width is 73mm with the outside parts.
